Product Engineer

Role 1:Product Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Exp required: 5 years

Required skills: Python, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, Node.js, Snowflake, MongoDB, Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, Azure Active Directory. 

Job description:

We are seeking a Product Engineer to build and improve software features while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role combines hands-on development with involvement in product decisions, focusing on delivering scalable and user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and maintain software applications and product features
  • Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Own features end-to-end, from development through deployment and iteration
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve product usability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system reliability
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment using modern development workflows
  • Provide input on feature prioritization based on technical feasibility and trade-offs
  • Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve existing features

Reporting:

Reports to a Product Manager or Engineering Lead and works closely with cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineerin

Work Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, based on project needs.
